Grape Variety: Primitivo
Alcohol: 13.5% Vol
Vinification: soft de-stemming and pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation and post fermentation maceration in heat-conditioned stainless steel tanks for a period of approximately 15 days, after which follows the spontaneous malo lactic fermentation.
Aging 4 months in steel tanks and cement vats, then l month in bottle.
Colour: deep ruby red, with purple reflections.
Bouquet: hints of red fruits, above all sour black cherry and plum, long taste-smell intensity.
Taste: fine and elegant, fresh, with tannic presence, soft and balanced.
