What is Interprocom Group?
Our business idea was to enhance the "Made in Italy" heritage through the realization of a project: the "Interprocom Wine Platform", designed and developed specifically to facilitate the access of Italian wineries to the wine market in China.
Created in 2007, the Interprocom Group today comprises more than 50 exceptional Italian Wineries, each of which creates high-quality wines. It is the only group with an exclusive focus on Italian enological heritage fully committed to the establishment and maturing of the Italian wine industry in China.
Our mission is therefore to open the doors of the world's largest consumer market to our partners, following them step by step and providing them with the necessary tools to penetrate the Chinese market.
The entry into the group's portfolio takes place through a first selection that concerns the regional membership and then the variety of wines offered by each company.
Today, the group employs over 70 talents in China and reported a 24% increase in sales in 2021.

Since the founding of our China Headquarters in 2012, Interprocom has experienced tremendous growth. We’ve become a trusted partner of international hotels, Micheline-starred restaurants, distributors all over China as well as world-renowned companies and brands.
Italy is renowned for its small craft workshops, small artisan studios where excellence is nurtured. Ideas, creativity and, in certain cases, genius are inextricably linked to experience. Know-how is combined with new technologies to revisit and reinterpret tradition with a contemporary perspective.
Masseria Doppio Passo is located in Puglia, in the municipality of Salice Salentino, one of the most suitable areas for viticulture.
Today the Company has about 1,500 hectares available to select products and meets the needs of the countries in which it operates and to ensure the complete control of the production chain.
We rediscovered some old processing techniques, and reinvented them with a modern twist (palmento - or stone basin - and salasso - or bleeding).
We needed to select a symbol of Italian excellence that would represent us and, inspired by the words of Marco Polo, the youngest Venetian traveler, we chose fabric.
"Silk is produced here in wonderfully large quantities". These were the words used by Marco Polo in his book “The travels of Marco Polo” to describe the economy of the Chinese province of Cathay, which is best known for the production of silk, a fabric brought to Europe through a very specific route that connected the East and West: the Silk Road.

A Message from our CEO
2022 marks the ten-year anniversary of Interprocom in China. It is an important and prestigious milestone for us, the culmination of numerous achievements and major breakthroughs. In these first ten years we have achieved tremendous growth, reaching record numbers for Italian wines in China starting with becoming the largest importer of Italian wine in the country. These first 10 years represent for us not a point of arrival, but rather a starting point. We have accumulated the experience and built great determination to affirm ourselves in the next 10 years, aiming at higher, increasingly ambitious goals. Success is in our DNA.
The next 10 years represent a new exciting challenge. As the saying goes, 'the most difficult part is not to reach the top, but to remain there for many years'. For us this means staying the leading company in the sector and the reference point for the development of Italian wine in China. In this second decade, we are planning important investments aimed primarily at increasing and solidifying all the departments of our corporate structure by focusing on young talents, followed by large investments in the development of our main sales channels to further expand and consolidate our scale of operations in the market as well as that of the wineries we represent exclusively in China. We have important projects ready to be launched in the coming months and others that will accompany us in the coming years. The grit and determination that has distinguished us over the years and has led us to achieve important goals is steadily growing. We are increasingly aware that what we have achieved so far is only the first phase of our successes in the Chinese market.
