Grape Variety: Corvina,Rondinella,Molinara

 

Alcohol: 16% Vol

 

Vinification:Drying of the grapes starts from the end of September and goes all the way through until January (80-100 days).Fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature for 30 days. The wine then is aged in french barriques for about 24 months.

 

Colour:Ruby Red Colour


Bouquet: Aromas of dried black cherries, cassis, truffles and chocolate fudge leap out of the glass

 

Taste: Silky, luscious and complex with a linger finish.
