Grape Variety: Corvina,Corvinone,Rondinella
Alcohol: 15% Vol
Vinification: The grapes are selected and harvested by hand at the start of October, withered in the larder until December,with a loss of around 30-35% of their initial weight. This is followed by pressing and destemming of the grapes, with maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 22-26℃ for 15-20 days. The wine matures in 20-40-hectolitre,French and American oak barrels for 12-24 months.
Colour: Ruby red with garnet highlights
Bouquet: Ample range of aromas ranging from fruit,especially cherries and marasca cherries, to spices,such as cloves and cinnamon with a liquorice and cocoa finale
Taste: Multifaceted and balanced structure with the right blend of tannins, glycerine and fruit
