Grape Variety: Chardonnay

 

Alcohol: 12.5% Vol

 

Vinification:Hand-picked grapes.First destemming and crushing, then a cold maceration for 6 hours, from which, through a soft pressing derives the flower must. The start of fermentation is obtained thanks to the selected yeasts and lasts 12 days at a constant temperature of 15℃. The following ageing in inox vats, on fine lees for 5 months, predates racking and filtration, in addition further of 2 months bottle ageing.

 

Colour: Plain straw yellow


Bouquet:Fruity wine with delicate scents of peach,pear, grapefruit, apricot, apple, citrus and even exotic fruit

 

Taste: Characterized by a fresh acidity on the palate, well mixed by the minerality in the aftertaste
