Alcohol: 15.5% Vol

 

Vinification: The harvest is done by hand and starts in themiddle of September. The best grapes are selected sothat only the healthiest and ripest bunches are sent to thedrying rooms of the winery in Grezzana, where they are laidout in single-layer crates.Fermentation in stainless steel vats at hight controlled temp. to extract fruit and richness. 2 years in small and medium barrels to preserve fruit intensity


Taste: An intense red colour with purplishhighlights.On the nose, marked and intense aromas of veryripe cherries, sour cherries, fruits of the forest, spicy andnutty notes typical of the Valpantena. Good follow-throughof red fruits on the palate, with supple tannins to give depth.
