Grape Variety: Corvina Veronese

 

Alcohol: 14% Vol

 

Vinification: The grapes are selected and harvested by hand in October. Then undergo a short period of withering of 10-15 days.Pressing and destemming of the grapes are followed by fermentation and maceration at a controlled temperature of 22-24℃ for 10-15 days. The wine then matures in 5-20-hectolitre,French and American oak barrels for 4/8 months.

 

Colour: Deep bright red


Bouquet: Ripe red fruit, mostly cherries, spicy hints and a light note of cocoa


Taste: The fruity aroma on the nose is confirmed on the palate, accompanied by hints of liquorice. Long and persistent in the finale.
