Grape Variety: Sangiovese

 

Alcohol: 14.5% Vol

 

Vinification: The fermentation temperature is between 25 and 27℃.10-15 days of final maceration on the skins of 10/15 days at the end of fermentation. It is aged in barriques for 12 months and in 50 Hl barrels for 6 months. Maturation in bottle for about 18 months.

 

Colour: Intense red color.


Bouquet: On the nose it is complex and subtle, with spicy noted and pleasant hints of candied fruit and coffee.

 

Taste: In the mouth it is austere,with important tannins. It is a mineral wine which closes with a creamy and sweet
