Alcohol: 14.5% Vol
Vinification: In temperature-controlled stainless steel vats for 10 days.Maceration on the skin for 20 days.Part new, part re-used wooden barriques to aged the wine for 12 months.
Colour: Intense ruby red
Bouquet: Fruity notes of black cherry and small red fruits are enhanced by moderately toasted scents; pleasant vanilla and lightly roasted coffee beans linger delicately in the background.
Taste: In the mouth the wine is juicy, soft and enveloping with ne and intense tannins and an incredibly long finish.
