Grape Variety: Cortese

 

Alcohol content: 12.5%Vol

 

Vinification: Soft grape crushing and immediate separation of the must from the skins. Fermentation at low temperature (12-14°C) in stainless steel tanks. Aged in contact with the yeast in stainless steel tanks.

 

Colour: Straw yellow with light greenish reflections.

 

Bouquet: Intense, floral and fruity with lemony notes.

 

Taste: Fresh and fruity. Harmonious and elegant structure that gives a pleasant minerality.
