Grape Variety: Vermentino

Vinification: The berries are softly pressed and the mustobtained ferments in steel containers where the temperatureis kept under control. The wine stabilizes in steel for a fewmonths, until it is ready to be bottled.
 
Colour: Straw yellow.

Bouquet: The nose is expressed with pleasant and envelopinghints of exotic fruit, yellow peach and citrus.
 
Taste: On the palate it is dry, savory and mineral.
