Vinification: Fermentation takes place with long macerations,pumping over and frequent wetting.After the malolactic fermentation, the wine is left to mature in medium-aged French oak barrels for a minimum of twelve months. Subsequently it is bottled and refined in bottle before being put on the market, for a period of not less than one year.
Colour: Intense ruby red
Bouquet: Persistent, fine and elegant bouquet with great aromatic complexity of ripe red fruits, tobacco and sweet spices.
Taste: Elegant and balanced as the initial impact, enveloping with great structure,rich but sweet and soft tannins with long and persistent closure.
