Grape Variety: Sangiovese,Cabernet Sauvignon

Vinification: The harvest is separated by grape variety and lasts from the end of September to the first ten days of October. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in large stainless steel vats for greater skin-liquid contact and better extraction of tannins and coloring parts. After the malolactic fermentation in steel, Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon are assembled in the tank. The refinement takes 4 months in bottle before the wine is launched.
Colour: Intense ruby red.
Bouquet:Fruity in a fine and ample way,with slight notes of spices.
Taste: Well structured, balanced, fruity and spicy, with elegant and soft tannins.
