Alcohol: 13% Vol
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel, at a temperature of 14-16° C. Aging in tanks for two months and then at least three months in bottle before release.
Colour: brilliant straw yellow
Bouquet: on the nose SurSur offers a fresh bouquet with notes of tropical fruit combined with scents of wildflowers
Taste: A soft palate, the fruity notes return combined with pleasant freshness.
