Grape Variety: Lambrusco Salamino

Vinification: The Lambrusco grapes are harvested and transported carefully so as not to break the grape skin. Once they arrive at the cellar, only the first-pressing must is extracted, which is left to ferment at low temperature in stainless steel tanks. In this way it is possible to obtain a white wine from red grapes. This is a process that has been carried out for a long time in the best oenological areas of the world and also in our territory.
Colour: Pale straw yellow,with greenish highlights
Bouquet: Delicate, fresh and fruity
Taste: Well-balaced and lightly sweet
