Description:Produced with the top fermentation method, using selected wheat and hops. Bright and cloudy yellow color, it stands out for its white, creamy and very persistent foam. At the nose it expresses hints of ripe yellow fruit, banana and spices. The delicate smooth flavor from the wheat malt is accompanied by yeasty notes and lively carbonation. The finish is slightly acidic and thirst quenching. A sediment may form at the bottom of the bottle due to the craft production and high fermentation, and because it is non-filtered.
