Vinification:The grapes are manually harvested during the last 10 days of September, most of which are "whole bunch pressed"gently and softly while the rest is destemmed by slight shaking.These are followed by a strict vinification protocal: natural sedimentation, slow fermentation at controlled temperature 14-18°C,5 months aging on lees and fine yeasts.
Colour: Straw-like color with greenish highlights
Bouquet: Delicate, dry and fresh, with tones of white almond and apple.
Taste: In the mouth it is enveloping and tense, with great balance. It has a dry taste with salty tones.
