Vinification: Following soft pressing,the pomace still contains a substantial percentage of wine so that it is immediately transported to the distillers,placed in small copper batch stills and distilled through indirect exposure to steam.
Colour: Bright white and transparent.
Bouquet: Characteristic aroma, intense and penetrating.
Taste: Strong taste and with a full, warm, dry and lingering finish.
