Vinification: After strict manual harvesting, at different times based on the perfect degree of ripeness, the grapes are quickly taken to the cellar. Here the destemming and the soft pressing are immediately carried out to extract only the most noble and aromatic fractions from the skin and from the most external area of the grape. In separate tanks the fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature and the maceration takes about 6-8 days, depending on the grape variety.
Colour:Ruby Red.
Bouquet:On the nose it combines hints of raspberry, black cherry and dry aromatic herbs with aromas of nutmeg, black pepper, vanilla and chocolate
Taste: The taste is balanced and harmonious with delicate and elegant tannins.
