Vinification: Harvest on 28th of September by hand, fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel for 12 days.Maceration on the skins for 4 weeks.
Aging in Slavonian oak barrels at least 24 months.
Colour: Ruby red color
Bouquet: Pervasive aromatic notes of ripe black fruits and liquorice, followed by hints of tobacco and truffle.
Taste: In the mouth, it seduces with its softness and freshness, revealing a refined structure built from velvety tannins. The finish is extraordinarily persistent and elegant.
