Grape Variety: Nebbiolo
Alcohol: 14.5% Vol
Vinification: The grape harvest takes place in the first days of October. Grapes harvested by hand with careful selection of bunches directly on the plant. Further sorting of the grapes on the selection tables followed by a delicate crushing-destemming. Vinification following the traditional method with fermentation at a controlled temperature between 28 and 30℃.Maceration for 15-18 days with fulling and gentle wetting of the cap. Refined in Slavonian oak barrels from 25 to 35 hl for 18 months plus a further 12 months of refinement in the bottle before being put on the market
Colour: Ruby red color with garnet hues.
Bouquet: Intense and complex to the nose from which emerges deep floral aromas, balsamic notes and aroma of lavender and black cherry.
Taste: Full and deep in the mouth with an elegant tannic structure and a final played on freshness.
