Vinification: After gentle destemming the fruit was left to macerate for a short period, then softly crushed, and the must obtained was clarified by decantation. Temperature-controlled fermentation followed in stainless steel vats. At the end of fermentation, the wine was kept on the lees for a few months to increase its complexity, creamy texture and suitability for ageing. Once bottled, it matured in temperature-controlled rooms.
Colour: Straw yellow with light green hues.
Bouquet: Fresh and intense aromas of white flowers and yellow fruit. Hints of jasmine, lily of the valley and lime tree give character and elegance. Fruity notes of yellow peach, pineapple, lemon peel and green tea melt on a delicate fragrant note.
Taste: Full-bodied and well balanced. Exotic fruit hints blend harmoniously with a lively savory note. Fresh and with good persistence. It has a pleasantly mineral finish.
