Grape Variety: Merlot

Vinification: The grapes are harvested manually during the middle of September. The vinification was induced by indigenous yeasts in steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 30-33℃, with manual pumping over with an overall permanence (cuvaison) of 28 days. After racking, the wine is passed in barriques to carry out malolactic fermentation. At the end of the malolactic fermentation the wine returned in fine-grained oak barrels, 50% new and the remainder in second passage barriques, aging for about 14 months.
Colour: Impenetrable dense red
Bouquet:Very elegant nose,lavender,mint,sage,spices, leather and cloves develop over time.
Taste: Soft and silky tannins that leave room for extraordinary elegance and hints reminiscent of ripe red fruit combined with great minerality.Round,full and harmonious. Very long and persistent finish.
