Vinification: After the harvest, the grapes are crushed and the must then is cooled down immediately. Maceration is done at a low temperature to extract the color and enhance the fruity characteristics of Lambrusco.Fermentation is then carried out at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks and yeast is added.When the perfect level of residual sugars is reached, fermentation is interrupted by cold shock. Finally are the filtration and bottling.

Bouquet: Fresh,delicate and fruity,has a distinct fragrance of violets.
Taste: Fresh, lively, appealingly soft, well-balanced and fruity.
