Vinification: Havesting in boxes, grape crushing, maceration with skins and drawning. Racking sedimentaion of the flower must, decantation and fermentation with selected yeasts at controlled temperaures. Subsequent assembly. Steel vats for a period of 6 months followed by a further refinement in bottle for other 6 months.
Colour: Straw yellow with light golden nuances
Bouquet: Intense with a remarkable delicacy and a pleasant flowered note
Taste: Full and enticing with a remarkable freshness and a good integration of the grapes
