Vinification: This sparkling wine is made using the Charmat brewing process, which allows yeast contact times ranging from 30 to 90 days. The advantage of this brewing method is that the aroma and flavor of the grapes used are preserved and are not masked by the aroma produced by the yeast.
Colour:bright straw yellow with golden edges;
Bouquet: Sweet acacia and hawthorn floral aromas;intense plum and white peach fruit aromas with a hint of honey.
Taste: On the palate it is refreshing and clean; it has a pleasant aromatic persistence.
