Vinification: After a few hours spent on skins, the must is separated. It ferments at low temperatures in stainless steel vats where the second fermentation takes place.
Colour: Straw yellow
Bouquet: Intense, typically aromatic with apple and honey notes
Taste: Fresh, fragrant, well balanced between sweetness and acidity. The fine development of the carbon dioxide provides an elegant and persistent ending.
