Vinification: The grape harvest takes place in the last week of September.Grapes harvested by hand with careful selection of bunches directly on the plant. Further sorting of the grapes on the selection tables followed by a delicate de-stemming pressing. Vinification in stainless steel at controlled temperature between 28 and 30℃.Maceration for about 15 days with frequent punching down and gentle wetting of the cap. In 35 hl liter barrels for 18 months plus a further 12 months of bottle aging before being put on the market.
Colour: Intense garnet red colour.
Bouquet: the bouquet is fresh, rich in fruity and floral fragrances, and strong hot spicy hints.
Taste: In the mouth it is elegant, characterized by its completeness,balance and the famous longevity.
