Vinification:Our cellar obtains the sparkling wines and the Organic Prosecco DOC directly from the must subjected to fermentation with selected yeasts for a period of one month at a controlled temperature of 12-15℃. The second fermentation is interrupted by lowering the temperature of the autoclave to ensure the desired residual sugar level
Colour: Light straw yellow with a lively mousse
Bouquet: Pronounced of candied fruit and sweet flowers
Taste: Attractive with an aromatic aftertaste
