Grape Variety: Montepulciano
Alcohol: 14% Vol
Vinification: 5 days of pre-fermentative cold maceration. Fermentation at controlled temperature of 25-28 C. Further maceration on the skins for a week.
Colour:Intense ruby red.
Bouquet: Fruity bouquet rich in hints of black cherry, plum and blackberry, with nuances of licorice, cinnamon and black pepper.
Taste: On the palate it is dry and floral, with a pleasant tannic texture.
