Vinification:After a mild autumn,the winter was quite cold with generous rainfalls that continue until early summer,causing a delay in the start of the vegetative cycle.From the second alf of July until the end of September the weather was warm and stable with considerable day\night temperature swings which contributed to developing the intense aromatic profile of the grapes. The harvest started in the late September. The 2013 Riserva was aged in Slavonian oak barrels for 3 years.

Bouquet: Despite all the time in the bottle, this wine presents stunning purity and clarity of fruit. Taste: It is polished and glossy in the mouth with tannins that have been softened by time.A bright moment of acidic freshness remind us that this wine is still very much alive.
