Grape Variety: Cannonau, Carignano, Bovale Sardo, Malvasia Nera


Alcohol content: 14% Vol


Vinification: Careful selection of grapes.Fermentation atcontrolled temperature 28-32°C.Maceration for about16-18 days with good use of the delestage technique.18-24 months in new French oak barrels.Bottle aging for12-14 months.


Colour: Intense ruby red.


Bouquet: Rich and complex bouquet. With time in bottle, Turriga reveals multiple layers of Mediterranean herbs, roasted coffee, spices and licorice with a generous coreof black and red fruit.


Taste: Great structure ,balanced, fine and persistent,highly souplesse.
