Vinification:Fermentation and maceration in conditions of controlled temperature, for an average period of 10-12 days. Transfer to cement tanks for malolactic fermentation. Subsequent transfer to barriques. Ageing for twelve months in barriques. Stored in the bottle for at least 6 months. Colour: Ruby red with violet reflections
Bouquet: Intense and persistent aroma with evident notes of ripe fruit and jam
Taste: Full, harmonious and warm flavor with persistent fruity notes
