Grape Variety: Cannonau,Bovale, Carignano,Malvasia Nera
Alcohol: 42% Vol
Vinification: Turriga is born from a blend of selected grapes from the homonymous estate, in the countryside between Selegas and PiscinaTrigus, about 230 meters above sea level, from sapling and espalier vineyards raised on calcareous and partly pebbly soils: a perfect terroir for the production of wines of great quality and therefore, as a consequence, of distillates of great finesse. For this reason, as soon as the racking is completed, the pomace of Turriga is quickly transported to the distillery and here sent to distillation by means of a slow bain-marie system:a method capable of giving products of superior fineness.
Colour: Colourless, crystalline.
Bouquet: The nose offers intense and elegant aromas, very fine, ethereal, floral and fruity.
Taste: In the mouth, Grappa di Turriga is a warm alcoholic distillate, soft and balanced, almost velvety, with fine, intense and persistent aromas.
